• Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, socks must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Hygiene Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks that have been tried on or removed from their heat-sealed packaging.

• Faulty Items: If your socks arrive damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately at info@medisteps.co.uk for a free replacement or full refund.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
